The staff provided top service and were always helpful. the central location was beneficial, close to a family mart and various eateries. i found the hotel restaurant's wood-fired pizzas quite good. the basic western breakfast spread was also appreciated. It offered a decent start to my days.
The room lacked adequate clothing storage. It became challenging. i was laying out my clothes on available surfaces. for a longer business stay, it was inconvenient. more storage options would improve the experience.

The location is superb. It is very close to the subway station. The staff were very cute and helpful. They spoke excellent English. Our room had plenty of space and every amenity we could possibly need. I canceled my other hotel reservation to extend my time here because EVERYTHING was great.
I stayed a few nights and found clothing storage to be somewhat limited. I had to arrange my clothes on the furniture.

The room had a big shower. That was great. Robes and slippers were provided, a nice bonus. The staff gave us free origami because it was raining (I thought it was cool).
My room was small. I was here for a week for business, and there was little clothing storage space. I had to put my clothes on the sofa, table, and near the TV.

I found the staff attentive. They spoke english well. the location provided convenient access to both ginza and the yamato line. i appreciated the well-kept and clean rooms. the electronics mall nearby had fantastic soufflé pancakes on the top floor!
Rooms are small. They lack clothing storage space. i had to lay out all my clothes on the settee, corner table, and by the side of the tv. this was somewhat inconvenient given the length of my business trip
